Second, we're mentally wired different. Most men our age quit. They accept decline as inevitable. We don't. We're the rare breed who refuses to make excuses about age, genetics, or schedule. We hold ourselves to higher standards because we understand that physical discipline is the foundation for everything—mental state, presence, self-respect.
